This Return and Refund Policy applies to purchases made through goodgoodgolfsx.shop.

We want customers to understand their return, withdrawal, and refund rights clearly. This policy is intended to operate consistently with applicable German and European Union consumer protection requirements.

Nothing in this policy limits mandatory statutory rights available to consumers.

1. Statutory Right of Withdrawal for German and EU Consumers

3. Condition of Returned Products

You may inspect a product to the extent reasonably necessary to determine its nature, characteristics, and functionality.

Customers may be responsible for diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods, where permitted by applicable law. German Civil Code § 357a contains rules concerning compensation for diminished value in qualifying withdrawal situations.

Whenever reasonably possible, returned products should include their original accessories, manuals, components, packaging, and other items supplied with the order.

4. Return Shipping Costs

For a return based solely on a statutory withdrawal or change of mind, the customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods, unless goodgoodgolfsx.shop expressly agrees otherwise.

Where a return is required because we supplied an incorrect product, or because a product is defective or damaged and the customer has valid statutory rights, we will handle reasonable return costs in accordance with applicable consumer law and the circumstances of the claim.

5. Refunds Following a Valid Withdrawal

After a valid withdrawal, we will reimburse payments that must legally be reimbursed.

Under German withdrawal rules, received benefits generally must be returned within the applicable 14-day period, and the trader must reimburse qualifying delivery payments subject to the statutory conditions.

Because goodgoodgolfsx.shop provides free standard shipping under its normal shipping policy, customers ordinarily will not have paid a standard outbound shipping charge to refund.

Where permitted by law, we may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you provide evidence that you have returned them, whichever occurs first.

Refunds will normally be issued through the original payment method unless another method is expressly agreed and legally permitted.

Banks, card networks, and payment providers may require additional processing time after we issue a refund.

6. Damaged Products

7. Incorrect Products

If we confirm that an incorrect product was supplied, we will provide an appropriate remedy and will not require you to bear reasonable return costs caused by our fulfilment error.

Statutory rights relating to defective or non-conforming goods are separate from the statutory withdrawal right.

Nothing in this policy excludes rights or remedies that consumers have under mandatory German or European consumer law in relation to defective, damaged, or non-conforming goods.

A customer does not lose mandatory legal rights simply because the 14-day withdrawal period has expired.

9. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

German and EU consumer law contains exceptions under which a statutory withdrawal right may not apply.

Depending on the nature of a product, these may include certain customised or personalised products and certain sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons after the seal has been removed. German Civil Code § 312g contains statutory exceptions to the withdrawal right.

Any exclusion will apply only where legally permitted.

10. Order Cancellation Before Shipment

However, orders may move rapidly into fulfilment, and we cannot guarantee that a cancellation request submitted after an order has been placed can be completed before dispatch.

If cancellation is no longer operationally possible, applicable statutory withdrawal rights remain unaffected.

11. Refunds for Lost Shipments

If tracking or carrier information indicates that your order may have been lost, contact us.

We may investigate the shipment with the carrier before determining the appropriate remedy.

Where an order is confirmed lost and the risk remains legally with goodgoodgolfsx.shop, we will provide the remedy required by applicable law.

12. Refund Abuse and Fraud

We reserve the right to investigate suspected fraudulent return requests, false damage claims, manipulated evidence, chargeback abuse, or other misuse of our return procedures.

This does not affect legitimate consumer rights.
